Shipping and Pickup Policy

Wagsville does not currently offer shipping for online orders. All Dog Shoppe orders are for local pickup only unless Wagsville has approved a different arrangement directly with the customer.

Approved pickup orders can be picked up at:

Pickup Hours

Pickup is available during Wagsville’s regular business hours:

Monday to Friday
6:30 AM – 6:30 PM

If pickup hours change due to holidays, closures, special events, or operational needs, Wagsville may provide updated pickup instructions.

Pickup Orders

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during business hours once the order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation or be prepared to provide the name used on the order.

Some products may require additional preparation time or may be subject to availability. Wagsville will contact you if there is an issue with your order.

No Shipping Available

Wagsville does not currently ship orders. If any checkout, product, or order wording refers to shipping, this does not mean shipping is available. Online orders are intended for local pickup at Wagsville unless otherwise approved by Wagsville in writing.

Daycare and Service Purchases

Daycare services, subscriptions, Meet & Greets, trial days, flexible packs, promotional services, bonus days, and other service-based purchases are not shipped. These purchases are applied to the client’s account or used for Wagsville services.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up within a reasonable time, Wagsville may contact the customer using the information provided at checkout. Wagsville reserves the right to cancel, refund, restock, or otherwise adjust unclaimed orders when necessary.
