Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- Drop-Off (Meet & Greet Check-In): Please plan for about 15 minutes.
- After Check-In: You’re free to go — your dog stays for their complimentary trial day, with plenty of time to settle in.
- Pick-Up Window: Pick up anytime between 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM. If you require a later pick-up time, please let us know in advance.

What to Expect
Our Meet & Greet is the perfect way to welcome your pup to Wagsville. Each Meet & Greet is tailored to your dog’s unique needs, giving them time to get comfortable, make new friends, and begin their daycare experience with confidence. We’ll start by getting to know you both and walking you through what to expect, so you can leave knowing they’re ready for their day.
Trainer Assessment & Introduction
After check-in, our trainers will assess your dog’s comfort level, behavior, and social skills. This not only gives them a chance to settle in, but also helps us understand how to support their needs throughout the day and set them up for success. Our trainers will then introduce your dog to new friends at their own pace, and from there, their day flows into a full trial day with plenty of time to explore, play, and enjoy everything Wagsville has to offer.
Best Scheduling (Mon–Wed)
To help your dog adjust smoothly and make the most of our special promotion, Meet & Greets are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday afternoons. This way, their first three days can take place consecutively within the same week — helping them build confidence and look forward to more fun-filled days at Wagsville, no matter how often they visit.
Requirements
All dogs must be at least 16 weeks old and up to date on Rabies, DHPP/DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Unneutered males and unspayed females are welcome. However, unspayed females cannot attend if they are in, about to start, or have just finished a heat cycle.
