Subscription Payment and Policy Terms

Welcome to Wagsville Dog Daycare! Please review the following terms and policies for our subscription plans.

Subscribe to any of our weekly daycare plans and enjoy your first week free.

Why Subscribe?

Flexible Scheduling: Choose which days your dog attends—no need to stick to the same schedule.

Subscription Plans and Rates

These plans renew automatically for convenience and savings:

1 Day/Week: $45/Day – Save 10%

2 Days/Week: $40/Day – Save 20%

3 Days/Week: $35/Day – Save 30%

Unlimited Days: $160/Week – Save 34%

Add-On for 2nd Dog:

• $32/Day

•$150/Week

How It Works:

  1. Choose Your Plan: Select the weekly daycare plan that best fits your needs.
  2. Enjoy the Free Week: Your first week is free. Future charges are processed the week prior to the service week.
  3. Sign In Person: After subscribing, you will sign the Subscription Agreement in person during your next visit.
  4. Manage Your Subscription: 

Skipping:

• Up to 6 weeks per year with 7 days’ notice, limited to no more than 2 consecutive weeks.

• Exceeding this limit incurs a $20 fee per additional skipped week.

Pausing:

• Up to 6 weeks per year with 14 days’ notice.

• Paused weeks extend the subscription term and do not count toward the 8-week minimum commitment

Exemptions for Health or Heat:

• Absences due to health issues or being in heat will not count toward skipping or pausing limits.

•Notification and documentation (e.g., a vet note) may be required.

Canceling:

• Requires a 14-day notice.

• Subscriptions reactivated within 30 days remain subject to existing limits and the 8-week minimum commitment.

Minimum Commitment for All Plans

All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 8 consecutive weeks (2 months) to ensure consistent attendance and availability. Canceling before this period will result in charges adjusted to reflect drop-in rates for days attended.

Payment and Policies:

1. Payment Due Date:

• Subscriptions are billed weekly, with payments due prior to the service week.

• Automatic renewal occurs weekly unless canceled by contacting us.

2. Missed Days:

• Missed days are not credited or carried forward for any subscription plan.

3. Re-Sign-Up Policy:

• Subscriptions reactivated within 30 days of cancellation are subject to the original limits and an 8-week minimum commitment.

4. Price Changes:

• We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any changes to pricing.

5. Notification & Confirmation:

• All changes must be made by contacting us and confirmed by our team.
