How It Works

  2. Receive your complimentary week: The complimentary week is applied when you sign up.
  3. Review the terms: Please read the Subscription Payment & Policy Terms below before purchasing.
  4. Sign the agreement: After subscribing, you will sign our Subscription Agreement at your next visit to confirm your understanding and acceptance.

Subscription Payment & Policy Terms

These terms apply to weekly recurring daycare subscription plans at Wagsville Dog Daycare. Subscription plans are designed for clients who want ongoing weekly daycare with consistent attendance and better pricing.

Minimum Commitment

All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 8 consecutive active subscription weeks. Skipped weeks, paused weeks, approved medical holds, and approved heat-related holds do not count toward the 8-week minimum commitment.

Automatic Weekly Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew weekly unless cancelled in accordance with Wagsville’s cancellation policy. Subscription payments are due the week prior to service and apply to the upcoming service week. Unpaid balances may result in the subscription or daycare services being paused until payment is made.

Service Week and Open Days

Subscription plans apply to Wagsville’s regular service week, Monday to Friday. Plans apply only to days Wagsville is open. If Wagsville is closed for a holiday, planned closure, or approved schedule change, that closed day is not included as an available daycare day for that week.

Cancellations

Wagsville requires 14 days’ notice to cancel a subscription. A cancellation is not complete until it has been confirmed by Wagsville. If a subscription is cancelled before the 8-week minimum commitment is complete, charges may be adjusted to reflect regular drop-in rates for daycare days attended.

Skipping Subscription Weeks

Skipping becomes available only after completing 4 consecutive weeks of active subscription attendance.
  • Clients may skip up to 6 weeks per calendar year.
  • At least 7 days’ notice is required.
  • Skipped weeks are limited to no more than 2 consecutive weeks at a time.
  • Skipped weeks do not count toward the 8-week minimum commitment.
  • If the skip limit is exceeded, a $20 fee per additional skipped week may apply.

Pausing Subscriptions

Pausing becomes available only after completing 4 consecutive weeks of active subscription attendance.
  • Clients may pause up to 6 weeks per calendar year.
  • At least 14 days’ notice is required.
  • Paused weeks do not count toward the 8-week minimum commitment.
  • Pauses must be requested and approved or confirmed by Wagsville before taking effect.

Eligibility for Skipping and Pausing

Skipping and pausing are available only after completing 4 consecutive weeks of active subscription attendance. Until this requirement is met, subscription weeks are expected to continue as scheduled unless otherwise approved by Wagsville.

Missed Days

Missed subscription days are not automatically refunded, credited, transferred, or carried forward. Any changes, credits, exceptions, or adjustments must follow Wagsville’s Subscription Payment and Policy Terms and must be approved or confirmed by Wagsville.

Health and Heat Exemptions

Absences due to approved health issues or a dog being in heat will not count toward regular skipping or pausing limits. Wagsville may require notification, documentation, or a veterinary note when needed.

Reactivating a Subscription

Subscriptions cancelled and reactivated within 30 days remain subject to Wagsville’s original skipping and pausing limits and minimum commitment requirements. A reactivated subscription may be required to complete or restart the 8-week minimum commitment, depending on the circumstances and Wagsville’s Subscription Payment and Policy Terms.

Price Changes

Wagsville will provide at least 30 days’ notice of subscription pricing changes when required.

Notification and Confirmation

All subscription changes, including cancellations, pauses, skips, reactivations, and adjustments, must be made by contacting Wagsville and must be confirmed by Wagsville.

Subscription Agreement

Clients may sign up online, but the in-person Subscription Agreement must be signed at the client’s next visit.

What the agreement confirms

The signed agreement confirms the client’s understanding of the minimum commitment, weekly payment schedule, cancellation rules, skipping and pausing rules, missed day policy, and Wagsville’s Subscription Payment & Policy Terms.
