Managing Your Subscription
Skipping
- Up to 6 weeks per year with 7 days’ notice, limited to no more than 2 consecutive weeks.
- Exceeding this limit incurs a $20 fee per additional skipped week.
Pausing
- Up to 6 weeks per year with 14 days’ notice.
- Paused weeks extend the subscription term and do not count toward the 8-week minimum commitment.
Exemptions for Health or Heat
- Absences due to health issues or being in heat will not count toward skipping or pausing limits.
- Notification and documentation (e.g., a vet note) may be required.
Minimum Commitment
All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 8 consecutive weeks (2 months) to ensure consistent attendance and availability. Canceling before this period will result in charges adjusted to reflect drop-in rates for days attended.

Subscriptions are billed weekly, with payments due prior to the service week. Automatic renewal occurs weekly unless canceled by contacting us.

3. Re-Sign-Up Policy
Subscriptions reactivated within 30 days of cancellation are subject to the original limits and an 8-week minimum commitment.
